Risotto with Mushroom (Boletus Edulis)- Since the terrible experience I had at Purple cafe, I pretty much stayed a mile away from any risotto dishes. Due to a high number of mentions of this mushroom risotto on TripAdvisor, I decided to give the risotto dish another try. This dish restored my faith that there is good risotto dishes in the world. Very rich and creamy.
